And finally, Sunday B and I made the most DELICIOUS southwestern chicken tetrazzini using this recipe as our base.  We made some tweaks--added mushrooms, green onions, and seasoned it with cumin, corriander, red pepper flakes, and chipotle seasoning--it is so yummy!  And it fed us for 5 days!
