Hi Everyone! Can you believe today is the first day of August?! I know I sound like a broken record each time a new month sneaks up on us, but I seriously can't believe it.
August 1st means today is the final day for our summer scripture memory! Who's excited?! Though the months seem to fly by, at the same time, it seems like forever ago when we first started this back in May.
So, without further ado, here's my verse for August:
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
2 Corinthians 9:8

I finished Isaiah 55! This month I am memorizing 2 Peter 3:8-9.
8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
